Shipping policy

You can find out how much your order will cost to ship via the shopping basket page. UK orders will cost from £4.80 and for European and Worldwide orders postage will vary from £10.

Delivery and packaging costs are calculated on a 'per order' basis, based on the size and weight of the products you order. We calculate the price you pay on this basis in order to ensure that you only pay what is fair; if we offered free or flat rate shipping, we would have to increase product prices individually in order to cover our postage costs, which would mean that while customers ordering one product would pay a fair amount for postage, customers ordering multiple products would most likely pay too much.

 

 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide! Simply enter your country on the shopping basket page or during the checkout process and you will be presented with a list of available shipping methods and prices for your country.

 

 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days.

Working days are weekdays (Monday to Friday) not including public holidays in the UK.

 

 

When will my order arrive?

The following delivery time-frames are from the day of dispatch. Aside from guaranteed services, delivery time-frames are estimates based on the time-frames provided to us by the respective delivery companies.

United Kingdom
Royal Mail First Class: 1-2 working days

Europe
Airmail or International Signed: approximately 5-7 working days

Rest of the World
Airmail or International Signed: approximately 5-10 working days

 

 

Collect-it-mania are responsible for ensuring that goods are adequately packaged for safe transportation of goods supplied. Upon dispatch of orders, the responsibility for ensuring that goods are delivered safely is that of the chosen delivery company.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver an order by the chosen delivery company caused by the customer providing invalid address information or being unable to take delivery of their order. If any such order is returned to us as a result, the cost of re-delivery must be covered by the customer.
