If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to us within fourteen days of receipt for a refund.

Please note that all goods returned must be as new and thus resalable. If the items you are returning were sent to you wrapped in any kind of padding, such as bubble wrap, please ensure that they are returned in the same way in order to prevent damage occurring during transit. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect the goods and issue a refund within seven working days. The original cost of posting the order will not be refunded, as this cost can not be reclaimed our end.



Damaged Goods

Please report any damage or non-delivery of your goods immediately. Complaints relating to delivery sustained during transit will not be considered unless made in writing within ten days of receipt of the goods. Any claim for damaged or defective goods will only be entertained if the goods are returned to us in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit.
